Launched six branded emails and two landing pages - one for current members and one for referred individuals. Sent three personalized emails to both referring members and referred individuals.

Automated workflows were triggered by form submissions, creating contact records, tracking referrals, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
Data Tracking
Integrated referral UTM tracking from HubSpot into the LOS for monitoring.

Acquired 9 new members since the campaign's launch in September 2024. Achieved with very low acquisition costs with only six emails, two landing pages, and four workflows. New members showed high engagement levels, actively participating in referrals. Reduced manual processes through workflow automation and tracking within HubSpot.
