I’m excited to share some big news: Geear has won HubSpot’s 2025 Semiannual Impact Award for Technical Expertise as a regional winner in North America.

These awards are not easy to earn.

HubSpot’s Impact Awards are based on a highly competitive scoring system. To be considered, partners submit a case study and go through a rigorous vetting process. Our submission scored 94/100, placing us at the top of the North American competition.


What the “Technical Expertise” award actually recognizes

This category celebrates partners who deliver exceptional technical implementation work. The kind of work that’s often invisible when it’s done right, but becomes painfully obvious when it’s done wrong.

It’s about building HubSpot in a way that’s scalable, reliable, and aligned to real business outcomes, not just getting something “working,” but getting it working the right way.

 

The work behind the win

The case study we submitted was based on our work with our client, and I want to call out the team effort here.

This wasn’t one person. This was a group of smart, persistent problem-solvers who showed up, collaborated, and delivered. The work blew them away. And HubSpot clearly felt the same.
