Before joining Geear, Tara worked in the television industry at WRLH Fox Richmond, gaining experience in programming, advertising sales, and creative production. She holds a dual B.A. in English and Communications from Virginia Tech.
When she’s not busy raising teenagers, Tara enjoys staying active, traveling, and exploring the outdoors with her family and spirited Boston Terrier, Bowie. She and her husband are big live music fans, often chasing the magic of a Sunday show.
